Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Any order placed after 12 p.m. (MST) on Fridays will not be processed for shipment until the following business day.
If the following business day falls on a holiday, your order will be processed on the following day.
Online purchases must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt and must be unused, and contain original packaging. Open material is not returnable. You must call our customer service at 877-363-9863 to obtain a RMA# so your account can be credited for the purchase price less any shipping and handling fees.
There are no refunds offered after 30 days.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to the address above within 60 days and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
If you wish to return your item please send back to the address above. Include a note stating what your reason for return is and RMA#. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Tracking information will be automatically sent to your provided email address once your order has shipped. All orders ship ground unless a expedited method is selected and orders normally arrive within 1-10 business days.
